List of Registered Authorised Nominating AuthoritiesBCPS does not have a preferred ANA. Instead, we look at the merits of your claim individually and decide which ANA we feel is most appropriate for you. In so doing, we consider the nature of the issues that are in dispute as well as the costs charged by each of the ANAs and the list of adjudicators that each ANA refers adjudication applications to. Each ANA has its own panel of adjudicators with diverse backgrounds and different areas of expertise. Some adjudicators have building experience, while others have legal qualifications or backgrounds in quantity surveying, town planning, engineering and many other industries.
